• Employment Duration: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on February 01, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
• Work Hours and Days: The workdays and daily work hours schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
• Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
• Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Job Summary:
The Facilities and Ground Support Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical and structural elements of buildings and equipment at the facility. This role focuses on performing maintenance work that includes tasks such as cleaning/maintaining air conditioners, mechanical equipment, and building structures. The individual in this position will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical systems and equipment, while adhering to safety regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mechanical Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating mechanical equipment such as air compressors, air conditioning units, and small engines. Diagnose and repair any mechanical malfunctions in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Building Maintenance: Repair and maintain the structure of buildings, including floors, walls, ceilings, and stairs. This includes carpentry work, such as installing and repairing drywall, doors, and windows, as well as minor concrete repairs.
• Air Conditioner Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and clean air conditioners. Replace/clean filters, clean ductwork, and troubleshoot issues related to climate control.
• Plumbing and Electrical Repair: Conduct basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing valves, and maintaining pipes. Perform minor electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures and maintaining electrical outlets.
• New Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and alignment of new equipment and machinery, ensuring that all installations meet operational and safety standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
